October---- Wonder Ace Technology Development Group signed the agreement with Suzhou government to invest 9 million US Dollars to establish Suzhou Wanhua Technology Development Co., Ltd.

May--- Suzhou Wanhua Technology Development Co., Ltd was established and bought a land with 66600 square meters. Wonder Ace Technology Development Group entered into the area of real estate development and invested 82 million RMB to start the standard industry factory building project.
June---Suzhou Wanhua Technology Development Co. Ltd established cooperation with several Real Estate Development companies and jointly invested some real estate development projects.
